The question everyone actually arrives with
What can you refuse?
A privacy policy tells you what a television collects. It rarely says, in one place, whether you may say no and still use the set. This reads every agreement document in the archive and answers that question three ways — and the third answer is the one worth reading.

How to read this
Says you can decline
The document offers a way to refuse this or switch it off.
Says you must accept
The document says this is required to use the product, or that using the product is itself your agreement to it.
Doesn't say
The document does not say whether you can refuse.
“Doesn't say” is a finding, not a gap in our research. A document that describes voice recording in detail and never mentions whether you can switch it off has told you something. Where the subject is discussed but the answer is absent, the cell says so and still quotes the document, so you can see for yourself that the answer is not there.
Every cell that makes a claim carries the sentence it came from, the document, and the date it was captured. Nothing here is paraphrased and nothing is inferred: if you read a sentence differently from the way it has been counted, the sentence is right there to disagree with. Answers are drawn from the most recent capture of each company's agreement documents.
The lattice
